1. Service
We provide subconscious healing sessions specializing in relationships. These sessions are intended for personal growth, emotional well-being, and support.
Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed healthcare professional.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled session.
- You acknowledge that the success of any session depends on your active participation and openness to the process.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking and during sessions.
3. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).
4. Payments
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
- We accept credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, UPI.
5. Refunds and Cancellations Policy
- Cancellations: Clients may cancel their scheduled session up to 24 hours before the appointment time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-Shows: If a client does not attend their scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Results vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed.
- We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes you take based on the session.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Disclaimer
Our services are designed for personal and spiritual development. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Please consult with a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or psychological concerns.
