Cancellations
- You may cancel your session at least 24 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund.
- If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the session, the session is non-refundable.
No-Shows
- If you do not attend your scheduled session and haven’t cancelled in advance, the session will be treated as completed and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- If you’d like to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.
Refund Process
- Any approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
