Refund & Cancellations Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth experience:

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your session at least 24 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund.
  • If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the session, the session is non-refundable.

No-Shows

  • If you do not attend your scheduled session and haven’t cancelled in advance, the session will be treated as completed and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • If you’d like to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Refund Process

  • Any approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
