Yes, I do offline sessions. But, prior appointments need to be made.
how many sessions are needed to treat one issue?
For one issue, we do 3-6 sessions in total. Every session is done once per month. So in total, it would take 3-6 months.
How soon will I be able to see the results of the therapy sessions?
You will start seeing improvements after the first session itself.
Are online sessions effective?
Yes, online sessions are equally effective.
Is hypnosis safe?
Absolutely, hypnosis is just like your meditative state.
But, should be done under the guidance of a trained therapist.
