1. Service Delivery

  • Healing Sessions: All subconscious healing sessions are conducted online (via [Zoom/Google Meet]) at the scheduled appointment time.
  • Digital Products (if applicable): Any digital resources, guides, or recordings will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Session Bookings: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details immediately.
  • Digital Downloads: Any digital products will be sent within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not see them in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

3. Shipping for Physical Products (If Offered in Future)

Currently, we do not ship any physical products. If physical items (such as workbooks or merchandise) are introduced in the future, we will update this policy with delivery methods, timeframes, and applicable shipping charges.


4. Issues with Delivery

  • If you do not receive your confirmation email or digital product within 24 hours, please contact us at shrutisharma.holistichealing@gmail.com with your order details.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses entered at checkout.

5. International Clients

Our services are available globally. Time zones will be taken into consideration when scheduling sessions to ensure clarity.
